These terms govern your use of Daily Museum of Art (the "app"). By using the app, you agree to them.

The service

Daily Museum of Art shows one public-domain artwork per day, with translated descriptions, an archive, favorites, and optional Premium features. The catalog is drawn from public-domain sources (Wikidata, Wikipedia, and partner museum collections) and credited where shown.

Premium subscription

Premium removes ads and unlocks extra features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, at the price and interval shown at purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date, via your Apple ID or Google Play account settings — not through the app.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app to violate any law, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or misuse the mature-content setting to access material in a way that violates your local laws or the app store's policies.

Content & accuracy

Artwork descriptions, translations, and facts are sourced and, where AI-assisted, reviewed before publishing, but we don't guarantee they're complete or error-free. If you spot an error, let us know.

Availability

We aim to keep the daily artwork and archive available, but the service is provided "as is" — we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and features may change or be discontinued.

Termination

You can stop using the app anytime by deleting it. We may suspend access if these terms are violated.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.
